My name is Witold Lukasik. I received my higher legal education as a result of defending my master’s thesis entitled. “Temporary detention in the Polish and international legal system”.

In the years 2015-2016, I provided voluntary support for educational activities at the Institute of National Remembrance – Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation. I gained my initial experience in civil and criminal law from 2018 to 2019 during an internship with the Legal Advisors’ Team of the District Court in Warsaw, and later in the XVIII Criminal Division of the District Court in Warsaw. In the following years, I gained valuable experience in law firms, legal counsel offices, and non-governmental organizations. Currently, as a lawyer, I am cooperating with the law firm Adw. Tomasz Piotr Chudzinski and Partners.

The theoretical and practical knowledge accumulated so far has allowed me to specialize in the areas of media law, criminal law, civil law, and administrative law. I completed a certified training on ‘Family Law – Practical Issues’ organized by the Center for Legal Training. I am also a co-author of the guide ‘Stop Violence – a guide for victims of domestic violence,’ as well as several legal analyses related to COVID regulations, legal opinions on proposed legislative projects, and articles on media law, the institution of media correction, and the protection of personal rights through civil and criminal law.

In 2022, I had the pleasure of participating in the International Observational Mission during the parliamentary elections in Hungary.
