Online Store Terms and Conditions
1122. 2.2. 2.§ 1 General Provisions
The online store is operated by Doradztwo Prawne Witold Łukasik, based in Izabelin, ul. Pawła J. Sapiehy 5 (postal code 05-080), NIP 5253044674, REGON: 541591781. The store conducts the sale of legal advisory services via the Internet.
§ 2 Store Offer
1. The store offers digital services – remote legal consultations.
2. All service prices are gross prices.
§ 3 Order Fulfillment
1. Orders can be placed without the need to create an account in the store.
2. Upon selecting a service, the Customer is issued a VAT invoice stating the gross amount due to the Seller for the provision of the digital legal advisory service.
§ 4 Consumer Rights and Obligations
1. Due to the nature of the services (digital), the right to withdraw from the contract may be limited in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
2. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely does not apply to consumers or entrepreneurs with consumer rights in relation to contracts for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium (i.e., Products), if the performance of the service began with the explicit consent of the consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights before the withdrawal period expired and after being informed by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw.
3. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely does not apply to consumers or entrepreneurs with consumer rights in relation to contracts for the provision of services (i.e., legal consultations), if the entrepreneur (i.e., the Service Provider) has fully performed the service with the explicit consent of the consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights, who was informed before the service began that they would lose the right to withdraw after the service is fully performed by the entrepreneur (i.e., the Service Provider).
§ 5 Personal Data Protection
1. The data controller is the Seller.
2. Data collected during order fulfillment is used solely for the purpose of processing the order, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
§ 6 Final Provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Store’s website.
2. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law.
3. Any disputes arising from contracts concluded through the Store will be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
